Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Services & Treatments

All spa services are considered final once performed.

If a client purchases a package or multiple treatments and does not use all of them, a refund may be issued only for the unused portion, subject to the following conditions:

• Treatments already used will be charged at their full regular price (non-discounted), even if originally purchased as part of a promotion or package
• The remaining unused balance will be calculated after adjusting for the full price of used treatments
• Any refund issued will apply only to the unused portion

Clients may also choose to:

• Transfer the remaining balance toward other treatments or products
• Exchange unused treatments for other services of equal value.

2. Products

• All product purchases are final and non-refundable
• Exchanges are allowed within 14 business days from the date of purchase
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Receipt is required
• Exchanges are subject to approval

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened or used products
• Custom orders
• Clearance or final sale items

4. Important Notes

• Promotional offers, discounted packages, or special pricing are subject to adjustment when partially used
• The business reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or credits
