Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Services & Treatments
All spa services and treatments are considered final once performed.
Packages, treatment series, or services purchased at a promotional, discounted, special-offer, introductory, package, social media, or reduced rate are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund.
For packages, treatment series, services, or products purchased at regular (non-discounted) pricing, a refund may be issued for the unused portion only.
Clients who purchase services, packages, or products at a promotional or discounted rate may transfer any remaining unused balance toward other services or products of equal value.
Blesseli Med Spa reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, exchanges, credits, and transfers in accordance with this policy.
2. Late Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per occurrence.
• For clients with prepaid packages, memberships, or account credits, Blesseli Med Spa reserves the right to deduct the $50 fee from any remaining prepaid balance, package value, or account credit on file.
3. Products
• All product purchases are final and non-refundable
• Exchanges are allowed within 14 business days from the date of purchase
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Receipt is required
• Exchanges are subject to approval
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
• Opened or used products
• Custom orders
• Clearance or final sale items
5. Important Notes
• Promotional offers, discounted packages, or special pricing are subject to adjustment when partially used
• The business reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or credits
